We are expanding our development team and looking for a skilled Backend Developer to support and enhance our product.
About the Job:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Backend Developer to join our growing team. If you enjoy building scalable APIs, working on real-world production applications, and solving complex backend challenges in a fast-paced startup environment, we’d love to connect with you.
Experience
- 1+ year of hands-on backend development experience
- Experience working on live/production projects is mandatory
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Node.js
- Good experience with Express.js and/or NestJS
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Experience implementing Authentication & Authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC)
- Knowledge of scalable backend architecture and system design
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
- Understanding of cloud/VPS deployment environments
Good to Have
- Experience with multi-tenant applications
- Understanding of distributed systems
- Experience developing real-time chat and messaging applications using Socket.IO.
- Payment gateway integrations (Razorpay, Stripe, etc.)
- Startup work culture experience
- Performance optimization and scalable delivery practices
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Design efficient and optimized database structures
- Collaborate with frontend and product teams for feature delivery
- Participate in architecture planning and backend optimization
- Ensure application security, reliability, and performance
- Handle third-party integrations and deployment processes
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Qualification
