About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with expertise in Laravel and Next.js to join our dynamic team in Noida, Sector 67. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a pivotal part in developing a scalable, high-performance Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. Your primary responsibility will be to take ownership of core backend systems, APIs, and integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between frontend and backend components. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers working with Next.js to create a cohesive and robust user experience. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex systems, optimize performance, and contribute to building a cutting-edge CRM solution that meets the evolving needs of our clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with a focus on backend development, particularly in PHP and Laravel. You should have at least 2+ years of professional experience in designing and implementing scalable backend systems. Familiarity with MVC architecture, REST API development, and database optimization is essential. Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as Next.js or React is preferred to facilitate effective collaboration. Additionally, experience with DevOps tools, version control systems, and cloud platforms will be advantageous. Candidates with experience in CRM or ERP systems, real-time communication protocols, and caching mechanisms will stand out.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable backend systems using Laravel, ensuring they are robust, maintainable, and secure.
- Create and maintain high-performance REST APIs to facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend components.
- Architect and implement core CRM modules such as Leads, Users, Assignment Engine, Reports, and Notifications.
- Integrate frontend applications built with Next.js by providing efficient and reliable backend APIs.
- Optimize database queries and manage high-volume data processing, handling over 100,000 records per day efficiently.
- Implement authentication and authorization systems using JWT and Sanctum to ensure data security.
- Work with queues, jobs, and caching mechanisms like Redis to improve system performance and responsiveness.
- Manage deployment processes, server configurations, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth release cycles.
- Identify and debug performance bottlenecks, and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and scalability.
