We are building a modern service marketplace platform powered by automation and AI, and we are looking for a backend developer who can build scalable infrastructure while leveraging AI agents and AI-assisted development workflows.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Backend Developer who understands AI-first development. The ideal candidate should be capable of building scalable APIs, automation pipelines, and AI-driven backend systems for a service marketplace platform.
This role requires someone comfortable with rapid prototyping (“vibe coding”) using AI tools while maintaining production-grade backend architecture.
Key ResponsibilitiesBackend Platform Development
- Design and develop scalable backend systems for a service marketplace platform
- Build REST APIs / GraphQL APIs for web and mobile applications
- Implement authentication, booking systems, and service management
- Manage databases and backend infrastructure
AI Agents & Automation
- Develop AI agents for customer support, booking automation, and lead qualification
- Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) into backend workflows
- Build automation tools for:
- Lead management
- Customer queries
- Caregiver matching
AI-Assisted Development (Vibe Coding)
- Use AI tools like Cursor, Copilot, GPT, etc. for faster development
- Rapidly prototype backend features using AI-assisted workflows
- Implement automated backend processes
System Integrations
- Integrate APIs such as:
- Payment gateways
- Messaging APIs (WhatsApp / SMS)
- Video call APIs
- CRM systems
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance
Required SkillsBackend Development
- Strong experience in Node.js / Python / Go
- Experience building REST APIs
- Experience with databases:
- PostgreSQL / MySQL
- MongoDB
- Redis
AI & Automation
- Experience with LLM APIs
- Basic understanding of AI agents
- Familiarity with prompt engineering
Dev Tools
- Git / GitHub
- Docker (preferred)
- Cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
- Experience building marketplace platforms
- Experience with chatbots or AI customer support systems
- Knowledge of LangChain / CrewAI / AutoGen
