Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Backend Closure Executive, based in Mumbai with some flexibility for remote work. The primary responsibilities include supporting client engagement activities, maintaining effective communication channels, managing backend operations efficiently, and ensuring the seamless closure of service requests. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client satisfaction while adhering to organizational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal proficiency, to effectively engage with clients and teams
- Proficiency in organizational and administrative tasks, data management, and backend operations
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve client inquiries efficiently
- Experience in client service-oriented roles; experience in similar industries is a plus
- Strong team collaboration skills, along with the ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field
