Role Description
This is a full-time Backend and AI role based in Gurugram with flexibility for a hybrid work model, allowing some remote work. The individual will be responsible for designing and maintaining robust backend systems, integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) models into the platform, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. Additional responsibilities include optimizing platform performance, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to the development of new features that enhance user experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in backend development with experience in Python, Node.js, and frameworks like Django or Flask
- Expertise in AI/ML development, including knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other related libraries
- Familiarity with database management, API development, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles
- Prior experience with large-scale systems and microservices architecture
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and excellent problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in DevOps processes and tools is a plus
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision is a significant advantage
