Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Sales Executive, located in Indore. The Back Office Sales Executive will handle day-to-day tasks such as processing sales orders, managing customer accounts, providing support to the sales team, and maintaining sales records. The role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services, managing inventory, and generating sales reports.
Qualifications
- Experience in managing customer accounts and sharing quotations and closure over phone or teams call.
- Proficiency in processing sales orders and managing customer accounts
- Experience in providing support to sales teams and maintaining sales records
- Ability to coordinate with various departments for timely product and service delivery
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
