About the Company:

Shinex Mosaics is a leading manufacturer of premium glass mosaic tiles, widely used in

swimming pools, bathrooms, elevations, spas, and luxury architectural spaces. Our products

are known for quality, durability, and design innovation across India.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Generate new leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

 Identify, qualify, and convert leads into sales opportunities

 Handle entire target-based sales for the assigned region

 Call prospective clients, negotiate, and finalize orders

 Liaison with Architects, Builders & Developers, Swimming Pool Contractors, Dealers, and end customers

 Provide complete product information, guidance, and sales support to clients

 Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building

 Maintain follow-ups, sales data, and basic reporting

Required Skills:

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Strong negotiation and convincing abilities

 Target-driven mindset with ownership of results

 Ability to understand customer requirements and offer solutions

 Knowledge of building materials / tile industry will be an advantage
