Role Description

This is an on-site full-time Back Office Sales position located in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The role involves managing back office operations and supporting the sales team with data entry, documentation, and coordination. Responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing sales reports, assisting in customer service by addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between different departments to meet organizational goals. Candidates will also support follow-ups with clients and provide assistance in routine business operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data management, reporting, and coordination.
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to handle inquiries and ensure client satisfaction.
• Basic understanding of Finance and Sales processes to assist with record-keeping and sales support.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and meet organizational deadlines.
• Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office and related software is desirable.
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
