Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Back Office Sales and Tendering Engineer based in Surat. The role involves managing tender processes, preparing and submitting bids, and collaborating with the sales team to support business growth. Responsibilities include analyzing project requirements, creating proposals, managing customer documentation, and coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure project alignment and execution within deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, Switchgear, Protection, and Automation engineering principles
- Skills in bid preparation, tender documentation, and proposal creation
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work on-site and manage deadlines effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Experience in a similar role within the power or electrical sector is a plus
