Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for 5 back-office executives and 2 managers located in Ahmedabad. Responsibilities include managing daily back-office operations, supporting office activities, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient workflows. The role involves accurate documentation and communication with relevant stakeholders and may require coordination with finance and sales teams to handle essential backend processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
- Strong Communication skills for correspondence and stakeholder interactions
- Understanding of sales processes and ability to support related activities
- Basic knowledge of Finance to ensure proper documentation and reporting
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
