Role Description The Back Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Botad, responsible for overseeing daily back office operations to ensure smooth administrative and support functions. This role includes managing documentation, data entry, record keeping, and coordinating with internal departments for order processing, inventory updates, and customer information. The Back Office Manager monitors operational workflows, supports finance-related activities such as billing and basic reconciliations, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. The role also involves supervising back office staff, assigning tasks, resolving queries, and maintaining clear communication with management and other teams. The Back Office Manager is expected to maintain accurate reports, improve processes, and contribute to efficient office administration.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Back Office Operations skills, including data management, documentation, and record keeping.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee workflows, coordinate tasks, and streamline processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with internal teams, management, and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Finance-related skills such as basic accounting, billing, and reconciliation support.
- Candidates should possess Office Administration skills, including scheduling, office coordination, and resource management.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial environments is beneficial.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or similar business software is preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are important.
