Job Description – Back Office Manager (Real Estate)

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and organized Back Office Manager to handle daily administrative operations, CRM management, sales coordination, documentation, MIS reporting, and team support for our real estate projects. The candidate should have strong coordination skills and experience in handling real estate back-office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete back-office operations for real estate projects
- Handle CRM software, lead management, and customer database
- Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Accounts, and Marketing teams
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Maintain inquiry records, inventory updates, bookings, and payment details
- Handle customer documentation, application forms, agreements, and files
- Manage WhatsApp communication, emails, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with channel partners and internal departments
- Maintain office records and ensure smooth workflow
- Support management with operational and administrative tasks
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage reports and data accurately
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of real estate sales processes and documentation
Experience & Qualification
- Graduate/MBA preferred
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Back Office Operations
- Experience in high-rise residential projects will be preferred
