Senior Back Office Sales Executive
🔹 Role & Responsibilities:
• Handling customer enquiries and preparing quotations
• Order processing and regular follow-up with customers
• Managing customer queries and maintaining relationships
• Handling inventory software and managing re-ordering processes
• Managing operational coordination and documentation
• Handling official emails and communication
🔹 Required Skills:
• Good English communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Basic calculation and numerical skills
• Professional email drafting and handling
🔹 Experience Required:
• 3–5 years of relevant experience
🔹 Working Hours:
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
🔹 Working Days:
• Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)
