Job Title: Back Office Executive
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Near by Station)
Shift Timing: 9:30 PM 6:30 AM (Monday to Friday)
Weekends Off: Saturday Sunday Fixed off
The Back Office for Documentation Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining
accurate records of all leasing and tenant-related documentation. This role involves ensuring all
paperwork is completed accurately and timely, adhering to company policies and state
regulations.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage the collection and organization of rental application forms and supporting
documents.
- Scan and upload documents into the Yardi system and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and state regulations.
- Assist in the initial certification process by verifying applicants' income, household size,
and eligibility.
- Coordinate with leasing specialists to ensure all required documents are collected from
prospective tenants.
- Prepare lease agreements and review them with tenants, addressing any questions or
concerns.
- Conduct move-in inspections and document the condition of the property.
Requirements And Skills
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience with document management and record-keeping.
- Knowledge of state regulations and company policies related to leasing.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
