Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive Intern to support daily administrative and operational tasks. The candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft tools, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage official emails and correspondence
- Maintain and update company records, documents, and databases
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
- Organize and maintain files (digital and physical)
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow
- Support day-to-day back office operations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
