Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for clients and internal teams.
- Handle client queries and requests via email, calls, or messages.
- Maintain and update client records, files, and databases.
- Prepare and manage reports, invoices, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Track client requests and follow up for timely resolution.
- Support day-to-day back office operations as required.
