Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and support back-office activities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Assist customers with account-related queries, banking services, and general service requests.
- Perform KYC verification and ensure documentation compliance in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry for branch transactions and operational activities.
- Coordinate with branch staff and internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and operational accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to banking policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
- Deliver professional and high-quality customer service while maintaining a positive customer experience.
📍 Location
Multiple locations based on candidate PIN code preference across Jharkhand, Odisha, and West Bengal, including:
- Bokaro
- Jharsuguda
- Bardhaman
- Cooch Behar
