Role Description
We are seeking a Back Office Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad. The main responsibilities include managing and coordinating back-office operations, supporting financial and sales teams, and ensuring seamless office workflow. Additional tasks may involve maintaining records, handling communication, and assisting in reporting activities to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle internal and external correspondence
- Understanding of sales processes and ability to support sales operations
- Basic knowledge of finance and financial processes to assist with relevant tasks
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accuracy and efficiency
