Role Description
The Back Office Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The individual will manage all back office and administrative tasks efficiently, organize data, maintain records, and handle office operations to ensure seamless functionality. The role demands a strong focus on detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and manage quotations using SAP/portal systems
· Handle shipping calculations and order value estimations
· Track orders from confirmation to delivery
· Coordinate with warehouse and production teams for updates
· Ensure timely dispatch of orders
· Track shipments using AWB and courier portals
· Verify and manage shipment documentation
· Handle email communication for order updates and follow-ups
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
· Maintain shipment calculation sheets and dispatch records
· Ensure label accuracy and packaging readiness
· Visit warehouse when required for dispatch coordination
Required Skills
· MS Office (Proficiency in EXCEL is a must)
· Good communication and email writing
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
· Basic understanding of logistics and order lifecycle
· Problem-solving mindset
Preferred Qualifications
· B.Com or any basic graduation
· 1–2 years of relevant experience
· Bachelor’s degree in any field
