Compensation
- Analyst: ₹3.1 LPA + ₹9,000 PLI
- Sr. Analyst: Up to ₹3.4 LPA + ₹9,000 PLI
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Hours of Operation
- Service hours Monday to Friday (Fixed Saturday and Sunday off) and Night shift is mandatory
- Qualification Graduate ( No to UG)
Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Analyst / Sr. Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for assessing and underwriting applications, handling policy cancellations, and ensuring accurate processing of customer requests. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service while meeting operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and underwrite applications and policy cancellation requests accurately.
- Process customer requests including data entry, documentation, and electronic submission of completed tasks.
- Respond to customer queries effectively and provide timely resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Deliver high-quality, customer-centric support services and resolve queries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
- Demonstrate confidence and ownership while handling customer requests and escalations.
- Understand customer sentiment during interactions and proactively escalate issues when required.
- Maintain professionalism, etiquette, and timely communication in all customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, tools, and knowledge resources to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Achieve operational and performance targets consistently.
- Complete all assigned training and development activities within stipulated timelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of underwriting or insurance processes will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and data handling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in customer service, underwriting, or insurance operations preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile

- Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Team player with a positive attitude and learning mindset.
