Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kanpur for a Back Office Executive. The responsibilities include managing back-office operations, assisting in office workflows, maintaining sales and financial records, updating databases, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth administrative functions. Coordinating with other departments to support business operations and facilitating communication between teams will also be key tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
- Excellent Communication abilities to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Knowledge and experience in Sales and Finance processes
- Proficiency in data management, record-keeping, and reporting software
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines effectively
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in back-office or administrative roles is a plus
