Role: Back Office Executive (On-Site – Chandigarh)
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage day-to-day operational activities and support administrative, sales, and finance functions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and streamline back-office and administrative operations
- Maintain accurate documentation and data records
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, sales, finance) for smooth workflow
- Assist in sales tracking, reporting, and coordination
- Support basic finance-related tasks such as invoicing, reconciliations, and reporting
- Ensure timely updates and reporting through internal systems
- Optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Back Office & Office Operations
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and finance functions
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
