Role Description
Shreni Shares Limited is seeking a Back Office Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The Back Office Executive will manage and execute daily back-office operations, maintain accurate records, support office operations, facilitate communication between departments, and assist in finance-related activities. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operational workflows and contribute to overall organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and general Office Operations practices
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Sales processes and strategies
- Understanding of Finance and investment-related operations
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and business software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in financial services or stock markets is an added advantage
