Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive, based in Ahmedabad. The Back Office Executive will handle administrative and operational tasks, assist with office operations, and support the sales and finance teams. Responsibilities include data management, maintaining records, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring efficient office workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Sales support and client coordination.
- Knowledge of Finance-related tasks, such as maintaining records and preparing reports.
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other office management software.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in any field.
