Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Back Office Executive role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Back Office Executive will handle day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including managing bookings, updating travel itineraries, and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. The role involves coordinating with the sales team to process inquiries, prepare quotations, and support smooth confirmation of trips. The Back Office Executive will also assist with basic financial documentation, such as invoice preparation and payment tracking, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal processes. The position requires regular communication with internal stakeholders to support efficient office operations and enhance overall customer service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong Back Office Operations and Office Operations skills to manage records, documentation, and systems efficiently.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and support clear, professional interactions with stakeholders.
- Basic Sales support skills to assist with inquiries, quotations, and coordination of trip confirmations.
- Foundational Finance skills to handle invoices, payment tracking, and related administrative financial tasks.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort with online travel tools and CRMs.
- High attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a process-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or office administration is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, commerce, tourism, or a related field is an advantage.
