Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Back Office Executive to join our team at our Rajkot location. This on-site role involves handling administrative and operational tasks, supporting sales processes, managing data records, and coordinating with relevant departments. The successful candidate will ensure seamless back-office operations, ensure efficient workflow management, and assist in financial documentation and reporting as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Support & Coordination
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline)
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for ongoing activities
- Manage promotional materials, brochures, and presentations
- Support event planning (exhibitions, workshops, conferences)
2. Lead Management
- Handle incoming leads from various platforms (website, social media, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM/Excel
- Follow up with potential clients and track conversions
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead closures
3. Customer Communication & Negotiation
- Communicate with clients regarding products, pricing, and offers
- Handle basic negotiations and inquiries professionally
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Resolve client queries and provide timely support
4. Back Office Operations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and invoices
- Maintain proper documentation and reports
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting
