Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Ghaziabad. The Back Office Executive will manage administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth office functioning. Responsibilities include data management, coordinating with teams, preparing reports, supporting sales and finance operations, and ensuring timely execution of back-office duties. The role also requires strong communication and organizational skills to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations to manage administrative tasks efficiently
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with team members and external stakeholders
- Basic understanding of Sales processes and relationship management
- Knowledge of Office operations, including report generation and data management
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in similar roles is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is a plus
