Back Office Executive – Construction Company
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our construction business. The role involves handling documentation, coordination, financial records, and communication to ensure smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to official emails and correspondence professionally
• Prepare and submit tender quotations accurately and within deadlines
• Maintain proper filing of documents (physical and digital records)
• Handle banking-related tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and coordination with banks
• Work efficiently on Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and data management
• Track daily attendance of staff and maintain records
• Coordinate and compile site reports from various project locations
• Assist in salary processing and maintain employee payment records
• Prepare and manage billing/invoicing for projects and clients
• Perform payment reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records
Requirements:
• Full proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic understanding of construction-related documentation is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Experience:
• 1–3 years in a similar back office/admin role (preferably in construction or related industry)
