Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Ahmedabad. The responsibilities include managing back-office operations, supporting administrative tasks, coordinating with sales and finance teams, maintaining office records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. The role may also involve communication with internal and external stakeholders for seamless operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
- Strong Communication skills for coordinating with teams and external stakeholders
- Basic understanding of Sales and related support functions
- Knowledge of Finance processes and document handling
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in standard office software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
