Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Back Office Executive role based in Mumbai. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, supporting sales and finance teams, maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth information flow between departments. The role may involve collaborating with different teams to streamline tasks and processes, ensuring timely execution of administrative functions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
• Proficiency in Communication and the ability to coordinate effectively with teams
• Basic understanding of Sales and its related administrative tasks
• Knowledge of Finance or basic financial operations is a plus
• Strong organizational, data management, and multitasking abilities
• Working knowledge of office software tools like MS Office
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
• Relevant experience in a similar role or an educational background in business administration or a related field is advantageous
