Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Back Office Executive. The individual will be responsible for managing and executing back office operations, handling office tasks, supporting finance and sales teams, and ensuring effective communication across relevant stakeholders. The role requires attention to detail, process accuracy, and collaboration with other teams to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and general Office Operations
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiency
- Understanding of Sales processes and ability to support sales teams effectively
- Basic knowledge of Finance and ability to assist with financial tasks
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to meet deadlines
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification
- Experience in a similar role or relevant industry experience is a plus
