Job Summary
Responsible for supporting organizational operations through efficient management of documentation, secure handling of government-related data, research activities, and preparation of reports and presentations. Ensures accurate record maintenance, confidentiality of sensitive information, and organized administrative workflows.
Responsibilities:
Document and File Management
- Organize, maintain, and archive physical and digital files to ensure easy accessibility and proper record management.
- Maintain structured filing systems for project documents, official records, and administrative files.
- Ensure all documentation is properly updated, labeled, and stored according to organizational standards.
Government Data Handling
- Securely manage sensitive government-related data and records.
- Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in handling official information.
- Regularly verify and update data records to maintain reliability.
Research and Data Collection
- Conduct research to collect relevant information for reports, documentation, and project support.
- Compile and analyze data from various sources for internal reference and decision-making.
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare and maintain professional documentation including reports, project records, and supporting documents.
- Assist in drafting structured documents required for operational and administrative processes.
Presentation Preparation
- Prepare presentations and briefing materials for meetings, reports, and project discussions.
- Convert research findings and operational data into clear and structured presentation formats.
Administrative Support
- Support daily administrative and back-office operations.
