Key Responsibilities
· Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain customer data, vendor information, and operational records in company databases.
· Administrative Support: Manage documentation including processing invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
· Operational Coordination: Coordinate with front-office, sales, accounts or other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
· Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on operational activities.
· Customer/Vendor Interaction: Handle queries via email or phone and address concerns professionally. Prompt on email responses with stakeholders and ability to handle both internal and external communications with ease and in a timely manner.
· Office Support: Assist with digital inventory management, filing, and general administrative duties.
· Team lead: Ability allocate work to junior executives and oversee their work so that the daily output is met. Collate, compile and maintain their work for reporting and management visibility with high accuracy and speed.
Requirements
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Back Office Executive or in a similar administrative role.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and, if applicable, CRM software.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
