Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Ahmedabad. The Back Office Executive will handle daily back-office operations, assist in office management tasks, and provide support to various departments to ensure efficiency and accuracy. The role also includes supporting administrative activities, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and assisting in sales and finance-related processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
  • Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Knowledge or experience in Sales and customer support
  • Understanding of fundamental Finance concepts and processes
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with office software and tools such as MS Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience
