Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Back Office Executive. The role involves handling back office and office operations, assisting in sales processes, providing essential support for financial activities, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The Back Office Executive will play a critical role in organizational efficiency and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Experience in Back Office Operations and general Office Operations to ensure smooth administrative functioning
- Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate across departments and support team collaboration
- Knowledge and experience in Sales processes and activities to support business growth
- Understanding of Financial procedures and processes for accurate reporting and support
- Proficiency in using standard office software and systems
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
