Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Varanasi for a Back Office Executive. The Back Office Executive will handle administrative and operational tasks, support the office staff by executing daily activities efficiently, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Responsibilities involve data entry, processing documents, managing communications, and assisting with financial transactions. The role will support the broader organizational efforts to deliver exceptional service to customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of Sales and customer relationship management
- Knowledge and experience in Finance-related processes
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
