Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Kanpur. The Back Office Executive will handle essential administrative and operational tasks, such as managing office operations, maintaining records, and coordinating with multiple departments. The role also includes providing support to sales and finance teams, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of back-office activities to drive overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in Back Office Operations and general Office Operations
• Strong Communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Knowledge or experience in Sales processes and client coordination
• Familiarity with Finance procedures, documentation, and record-keeping
• Proficiency in using office software such as spreadsheets, word processors, and other tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities
• Previous experience in the footwear or manufacturing industry is a plus
• Freshers are welcome
• Any graduate can apply. BBA might be given preference.
