Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Surat. The Back Office Executive will handle various operational tasks, including processing data, maintaining reports, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth office operations. Responsibilities also include supporting sales and finance teams through documentation, record-keeping, and communication. The role requires attention to detail and efficiency in executing daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Office Operations, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective Communication skills for seamless interaction across teams and responding to stakeholders professionally
- Basic understanding of Sales and ability to assist in managing client orders and inquiries
- Knowledge of Finance-related administrative tasks, including record maintenance and data processing
- Proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Office Suite
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while also handling tasks independently
- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
