Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Udaipur. The Back Office Executive will handle day-to-day administrative operations, including but not limited to managing back-office processes, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and assisting with financial and operational tasks. The role will also involve providing essential support to ensure the smooth functioning of organizational activities and projects.
Key Requirement
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Google Suite (Doc, Sheets, Meet).
- Strong writing skills (Drafting, Proof-reading).
- Smart use of AI Tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini etc.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Quick Learner.
