Role: Back Office Executive / Admin

About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive Back Office Executive to support RAI’s fast-growing operations. You will be the backbone of our internal workflows — ensuring that documentation, communications, and administrative functions run smoothly while our consulting and leadership teams stay focused on client delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and streamline daily back-office operations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and organize records, files, agreements, and transaction documentation.
• Support the sales team with coordination, follow-ups, and MIS reporting.
• Handle financial documentation including invoices, fee receipts, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate internal communications across verticals and with external stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and support leadership with day-to-day administrative needs.
• Assist in preparing client-facing documents, proposals, and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and data management protocols.
What We’re Looking For
• 1–4 years of experience in Back Office, Office Administration, or Executive Support roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Gujarati/Hindi.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite — particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, professional environment.
• Background in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or Real Estate is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or real estate documentation is an added advantage.
