Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented Back Office Executive – PR Operations to support daily PR activities, client coordination, reporting, and media operations. The role is similar to a PR Executive support function and requires strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Support PR teams in executing client assignments and daily operations
- Maintain media databases, coverage records, and client documentation
- Coordinate internal follow-ups related to PR activities and deliverables
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and media tracking sheets
- Support media monitoring and compilation of coverage reports
- Coordinate communication between departments for smooth workflow
- Ensure timely documentation and operational support for client servicing
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in back office operations, coordination, PR support, or administration preferred
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic understanding of PR and media workflows preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
