Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Employee, Service Engineer, and Sales Engineer at our Mohali location. Each role involves contributing to the company’s operations, ensuring technical support, providing troubleshooting for clients, delivering customer service, and conducting training initiatives. The Service Engineer will handle equipment maintenance and technical solutions, while the Sales Engineer will build client relationships and support sales activities. The Back Office Employee will assist with administrative tasks and documentation to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support as required
- Proficiency in Information Technology systems related to the role
- Strong skills in Customer Service and cultivating positive client relationships
- Experience in delivering Training sessions aimed at enhancing team and client skills
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Knowledge or experience in the construction equipment industry is an added advantage
