*BACK OFFICE*
We are looking for a smart, organized, and responsible Back Office Assistant to support daily office operations and assist senior staff. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic administrative knowledge, and confidence in handling office tasks professionally.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Handle official emails and phone calls professionally
- Assist senior management in daily tasks and coordination
- Maintain documents, reports, and office records
- Prepare and edit documents in MS Word
- Support back-office operations and administrative work
- Coordinate with team members when required
- Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
*Required Skills:*
- Good spoken and written English
- Full knowledge of MS Word
- Basic computer knowledge and internet handling
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Professional attitude and willingness to learn
*Preferred Qualities:*
- Bachleor in Science or BPharm candidates will be preferred
- Punctual and responsible
- Good teamwork skills
