Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kolkata for a Back Office Employee at Zurich Kotak General Insurance. The responsibilities include managing back office operations, assisting with documentation, data entry, and record-keeping. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless processes, supporting customer service and sales teams, and performing financial tasks as required while maintaining attention to detail and confidentiality.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data entry, documentation, and record management
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively assist internal and external stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of Finance and ability to assist with financial documentation and processes
  • Familiarity with Sales support functions and coordination with sales teams
  • Proficiency with office software and tools, along with attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a dynamic team environment
  • Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field preferred
