Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Back Office Employee located in Delhi, India. The role requires managing back office operations and providing essential support to ensure smooth business operations. Daily tasks include processing data, handling internal documentation, coordinating with clients and various departments, and supporting finance and sales teams. Effective communication with team members and commitment to details is a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations with strong organizational and data management skills.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Customer Service skills to address queries and provide support as needed.
- Knowledge or experience in Finance and/or Sales operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently in an on-site setup and adapt to dynamic tasks as required.
- Familiarity with office tools and basic computer applications is preferred.
- Relevant educational qualifications and prior back office or administrative experience will be an advantage.
