Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Back Office Employee. The responsibilities include performing back office operations, supporting the finance and sales departments, maintaining customer service, managing communications, and ensuring the smooth execution of internal processes to support the company’s export goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with internal teams and clients
- Basic understanding of Finance processes and support for financial documentation
- Ability to assist the Sales team with data management and operational support
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant computer applications
- Educational background in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
