Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for a Back Office Employee. The role involves supporting operations through data management, documentation, and ensuring the accuracy of records. Daily responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, supporting communication with stakeholders, assisting in financial and sales operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of back office activities. The Back Office Employee will work collaboratively with multiple teams to maintain operational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data management and administrative tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written Communication skills paired with the ability to handle Customer Service responsibilities effectively.
  • Understanding of Sales processes, support activities, and customer interactions.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred, along with prior experience in a back office or administrative role being advantageous.
