Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back Office Employee based in the Pune Division. Daily responsibilities include managing back-office operations, assisting with sales and customer service coordination, supporting financial tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative processes. The role requires close collaboration with various teams and a strong focus on facilitating efficient office practices.
Qualifications
- Experience with Back Office Operations to efficiently manage administrative tasks and support internal processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate across teams and respond to client inquiries effectively
- Basic knowledge of Finance to support financial tasks, such as invoicing and record-keeping
- Understanding of Sales processes to assist in maintaining sales records and providing administrative support to the sales team
- Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
