Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Rajasthan, India, for a Back Office Employee. The role involves managing administrative operations, supporting customer service activities, handling finance-related documentation, assisting sales teams, and ensuring smooth back-office operations. The position requires close collaboration with various departments to maintain timely and accurate records, process customer requests, and provide support to ensure seamless workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data entry, reporting, and document management.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for coordinating with internal teams and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Basic understanding or experience in Finance-related tasks such as invoicing and reconciliation.
- Familiarity with Sales processes, including data management and internal coordination for servicing customer accounts.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office is required.
- Prior work experience in the furniture or retail industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
