Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Back Office Employee role located in Anand. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day back-office operations, maintaining data accuracy, supporting communication tasks, coordinating with customers for service-related queries, and assisting in financial and sales-related processes. The role requires strict adherence to organizational protocols and accuracy in documentation to ensure smooth back-end operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Back Office Operations, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure effective coordination and support
- Basic understanding of Finance and Sales processes
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in using office software tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the financial sector is an advantage but not mandatory
